Do you know the difference between full spectrum and isolate? There have been several questions from experts and CBD oil users on this very subject.
Full Spectrum means it is a plant extraction to oil, which includes the whole plant and all of its compounds, therefore containing an array of beneficial cannabinoids. The compounds of the whole plant remain intact in the extracted oil.
CBD isolate, known as Pure CBD Oil on the market is extracted through a different method where only one compound of the plant – CBD – is extracted to an oil, introduced to harmful solvents, then cooled until it forms crystals. The crystals are then processed into a powder. The isolate results in a single molecular compound of strictly CBD.
The hemp plant also produces a multitude of flavonoids and polyphenols, which are vital micro nutrients for overall health. Recent findings are showing the hemp plant also produces unique flavonoids, such as cannaflavin, in which the full potential of these vital compounds is yet to truly be discovered.
